I am so happy with the item that I have purchased three more. One little suggestion try using a more friendly sugar with a lower GI other than that super product.

Great quality product
Fantastic fast service and the gluten free chocolate cake mix is perfect. Made as a loaf cake, with dairy free milk and "butter" it really hit the spot!

Delicious Cake!
I wouldn't ordinarily use a cake mix but saw this had absolutely no artificial ingredients, is organic and gluten free and thought it would be handy for 'emergencies'. It takes seconds to make and the results are light as a feather and delicious. We love it sandwiched togeth…

good taste & texture
This is a gluten free cake that does not fall apart as soon as you look at it -- as good as a non gluten free one. Its not as chocolatey as I'd like it to be but still very nice. I put a dairy free chocolate buttercream on top & it went down very well.

Bought this as it was egg free, then found in the instructions to use eggs...… Returned to store.
