VEGAN RECIPE

• 3 Large Ripe Bananas

• 50g Dairy Free Spread

STANDARD RECIPE

• 2 Large Ripe Bananas

• 50g Dairy Free Spread

• 1 Large Egg

HOW TO MAKE

• Preheat oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4.

• Mash the bananas and spread together until gloopy.

• Add this mix and stir well, popping in a splash of vanilla extract and pinch of cinnamon if that's what you fancy!

• Pour into a greaseproof 1lb loaf tin and leave to rest for 10 mins whilst the ingredients get better aquainted.

• Carefully place in the oven and cook for 40-45 mins.

• Leave to cool in the tin for 10 mins before 'sharing' with family and friends.

Store mix in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Baked bread can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
