Sugar, Flour Blend (Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Maize Flour), Cacao Powder (14%), Corn Starch, Baking Powder (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate), Natural Chocolate Flavouring, Himalayan Crystal Salt.

Directions:

Vegan Recipe:

• 75ml of your Favourite Plant Based Milk

• 125g Dairy Free Spread

Standard Recipe:

• 75ml Milk

• 125g Butter

HOW TO MAKE

• Preheat oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4.

• Melt the spread, then add to a bowl with the contents of this mix and other ingredients

• Give a good stir, enjoying the chocolatey aromas as they waft up your nostrils!

• Fold in any tasty extras, like choc chips or dried fruit and then spoon into a greaseproof 20cm tin

• Pop in the oven for 15 mins (20-25 mins if you prefer it cakey) and lick the spoon clean while you wait

• Leave to cool before devouring! We enjoy it straight from the fridge.

Store mix in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once baked, it can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
