Roasted Peanuts (58%), Sunflower Seeds (8%), Dried Sweetened Cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil) (6%), Gram Flour, Sesame Seeds (5%), Dried Yeast (Inactive Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B7, Vitamin B9), Dried Onion, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Raising Agent (Calcium Carbonate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Stabiliser (Methylcellulose), Dried Apple (1%), Dried Peppers, Tomato Powder, Dried Oregano, Dried Rosemary, Salt, Smoked Paprika.

Directions:

To make two servings add 170g of mix to 100ml of water mix thoroughly and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Place in a small oiled tray press down and cook for a 20 minutes at 190--C or gas mark 5. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and then serve.
