Directions:
Magnesium Oil Sensitive spray can be applied to any area of the body. It is recommended to use up to 20 sprays daily. Apply 5-10 sprays morning and evening and gently massage into the skin for optimum absorption.

Great magnesium spray.
I saw this in a magazine and I've been using it to help with pins and needles. i've combined it with magnesium tablets and bath flakes and have noticed a great improvement. It also eases the pain in my neck and shoulders, great stuff.
