We’ve carefully curated this Expert Unwind Drink formulation to include some of the most advanced ingredients that help to unwind and support a good night’s sleep. The combination of clinically studied ingredients includes KSM-66® Ashwagandha and L-Theanine.

Formulated with clinically studied KSM-66® Ashwagandha which contributes to emotional balance and relaxation.

L-Theanine contributes to relaxation and normal sleep. The mechanism of L-Theanine is complex and has been purported to interact with several different neurogenic receptors in the body, such as NMDA, GABA, serotonin, and dopamine. This leads to a relaxing effect in the CNS and promotes sleep quality.

Lavender contributes to optimal relaxation.

Directions

Expert Unwind Drink is a comforting chocolate flavoured powder. We recommend adding two teaspoons (10g) to your favourite mug, top up with 250ml of hot water, stir and enjoy an hour before bed. Do not exceed stated dose.
