We’ve carefully curated this Expert Unwind Tonic formulation to include some of the most advanced ingredients that help to unwind and support a good night’s sleep. The combination of clinically studied ingredients includes L-Theanine.

• L-Theanine contributes to relaxation and normal sleep. The mechanism of L-Theanine is complex and has been purported to interact with several different neurogenic receptors in the body, such as NMDA, GABA, serotonin, and dopamine. This leads to a relaxing effect in the CNS and promotes sleep quality.
• Lavender contributes to optimal relaxation.

Directions

Expert Unwind Tonic is a delicious cherry flavoured liquid. We recommend taking 5ml of tonic an hour before bed to help feel relaxed. Do not exceed stated dose.
