Subtle flavour, great texture
So quick to prepare, I was astonished. The flavour was subtle/overmasked by the sauce I used, but they had a very enjoyable, toothsome & chewy texture to the dish that was a very pleasant change & gave a stir-fry a different sort of mouth satisfaction.
