Dipped in rich, dark chocolate (with 70% cocoa solids) for a deliciously intense result, these tasty roasted almonds make the perfect treat. Matcha green tea powder brings an earthy rounded flavour which is balanced with coconut sugar for a little sweetness. Delicious with a cup of tea or coffee, a couple of these moreish chocolatey nuts make a satisfying morning or afternoon snack.
Holland & Barrett Dark Chocolate Almonds are an excellent source of fibre. A 30g serving (a small handful), provides 3.5g fibre – over 10% of the recommended 30g fibre were advised to aim for each day. Including nuts, like almonds in our diet regularly could help us to reach the recommended daily intake of 30g fibre.
