High in Vitamin E
Low in salt
Source of fibre
Lightly salted for a delicious flavour, these almonds are a nourishing snack, containing a wide variety of beneficial nutrients. Plus, they are a low salt choice! Almonds are high in copper, manganese and vitamin E, they also provide a source of fibre, protein and magnesium.
Both protein and fibre take longer to digest than other macronutrients, which may help us to feel fuller. So, including fibre and protein rich foods at meal times may help to keep hunger at bay. Almonds provide a rich source of vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant in the body, that contributes to protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Whole almonds are an excellent source of fibre. A 30g serving (a small handful), provides 3.8g fibre – over 10% of the recommended 30g fibre we’re advised to aim for each day. Including almonds in our diet regularly could help us to reach the recommended daily intake of 30g fibre.
