Like it better than smelly fish oil
I've been using this for years. No idea if I'm better with it or not as It's more of an insurance policy against a nasty rather than a cure for one. I don't take Fish oil as it is too repetitive and rumoured to be a bit high on mercury etc so Hemp it is.
