The combo of friendly cultures and Ginkgo Biloba make this bubbly kombucha the perfect tipple to sip while tackling your morning to-do list or to help power through an afternoon. Taste the crisp flavour and feel the focus start to flow.
We start with a classic base of water, Sencha green tea and raw cane sugar. During the fermentation process all added sugar is consumed by the friendly cultures, allowing us to create this sugar-free kombucha.
