I like that my new soup is vegan and gluten free. It has a balanced variety and complete nutrition. Soak it overnight and some more to cook the beans in it better. Read the cooking instructions well.

Turned out great in pressure cooker
Did the soak and then boiled up in vegetable stock with salt and pepper in the pressure cooker. Tastes amazing, plenty of portions and can be served with any leftovers for a nice change
