Hydrolysed Marine Collagen (Fish), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol). For Allergens, see ingredients in bold.

Huge tablets hard to swallow
Only just started taking so can’t give a proper review just yet. Tablets are huge and take a bit of getting used to to swallow as not well coated so if you’re not great at taking tablets these aren’t for you.
