I’m not menopausal, just moody ;) but this helped either way. It tastes quite a bit of saffron, the active ingredient. And it has a nice crunch to it!

I tried this chocolate today, (bought 2 for 3!) as my usual salted caramel bar wasn’t available. I thought it wasn’t as nice as the salted caramel bar but ok and if it has health benefits all the better. 🧡

I don’t know why this is marketed as menopause chocolate but nevertheless I bought it. It was ok, but no better than any other chocolate and not even as nice as a leading organic chocolate at the same price point. Expensive for what it is and poor value for money.
