Wheat bran is known for its stellar nutritional profile. It is an excellent source of protein, which contributes to a growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Additionally, it is high in wheat bran fibre, which aids in digestion and supports the gut. Wheat bran fibre contributes to an acceleration of intestinal transit and an increase in faecal bulk.

“I was duped by the misleading review score of 5*. Along with everyone who has tried this I would encourage you not to buy it. It's nothing like what wheat bran should be. Buyer beware”

“Healthy Food? I honestly miss the original H&B Wheat Bran. This 'new' product does not seem to be of the same quality. It is ground up far too much, that it takes away from the original Wheat Bran product. I use this for making healthy, baked dishes. This particular product seems to be suitable for drinks but...not really for what H&B originally provided. Where is it? PLEASE bring it back. :/”
