Directions:
Prepare by pouring a cup of boiling water over the teabag and allowing to infuse for up to 5 minutes. Add honey if preferred.

Great energy booster
I love this tea. It is a great energy booster and helps me not to reach out to coffee in order to stay awake at work. Also tastes yummy! It seems that H&B have discontinued this in the store, but hopefully it stays available online.
