It's Pure Organic Herbal Hair Colour Indigo Black 100g
£11.95
Indigo Black is non-invasive, gently coating your hair shaft with a semi-transparent layer of plant colour. The final colour will partly depend on the colour of your hair underneath, making it lighter where your initial hair colour is light and darker where your initial hair colour is dark. Indigo Black may darken brown hair to a darker brown or black shade. The depth of colour is determined by how dark your initial hair colour is, and the leave in time. A darker colour result may be obtained with a longer leave in time or repeated applications. Indigo Black should not be applied directly on to very light coloured or white hair or it could give an unattractive bluish tint. To use on very light coloured hair you must follow a 2 step process - colour it with a red or brown Herbal Hair Colour before using Indigo Black. The longevity of the Indigo Black shade depends on how porous your hair is and how often you wash it. It tends to last on average about 3 to 4 weeks on the roots. However, it can also become permanent on porous areas of your hair such as the older, longer lengths of hair which tend to be more weathered and porous further from the roots.
To check the colour, we always strongly recommend you strand test a small section of your hair – from root to tip - before applying to your entire head. To achieve the best results, please read the below Additional Information and the in-box instruction leaflet carefully. Remove product build-up from your hair prior to colouring with a clarifying shampoo or treatment. The colour will deepen over a few hours and days as it oxidises on your hair. If your hair has been chemically lightened, it will affect the colour result. - Please always strand test the herbal colour from root to tip, to check the colour outcome before applying to all your hair. It is not recommended to use chemical lighteners on your hair after using this dye, unless it has faded or grown out. This is because bleach will not remove the indigo, so you may possibly be left with a bluish colour. If you do want to try bleaching, please strand test first.

Always read the label before use
For external use only. Read the instruction leaflet carefully and use only as directed. Keep out of the reach of children. Patch test before use for 24-48 hours with a small amount of paste on your inside elbow covered with a plaster. Wait 48 hours. In the unlikely event of a rash or irritation, discontinue use. Avoid getting the hair colour paste in your eyes – if this does occur flush thoroughly with water. Do not breathe in the powder when mixing. Read and carefully follow all the instructions enclosed in the pack. To summarise, the Herbal Hair Colour powder is mixed with warm water before application. The paste is left on your hair for 1 to 3 hours depending on the depth of colour required. We strongly recommend doing a strand test first before putting the colour all over your hair, because the colour result can be different on different people’s hair. You should wait 24 hours after the strand test to see how the colour develops, because it oxidises and darkens over time.
