ACTIVE INGREDIENTS per film coated tablet: 96mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root
(Valeriana officinalis L.) equivalent to 384 - 480 mg of
Valerian root. Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v.

Therefore alcohol should be avoided whilst taking this medicine. Kalms night may make you feel sleepy. If you feel sleepy do not drive or use machinery. Read the package leaflet before use. Directions: Take 4 tablets 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, take 4 additional tablets earlier during the evening. Do not store above 25ºC. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Store in the original package.
