Directions: Recommended Dosage: Take 2 capsules with water daily or as required, preferably around meal times. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours. Do not exceed 70mg CBD daily from any source. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Need more time to determine effectiveness
Feeling good whilst taking. Only taken for a week so need longer to determine if effective which is why 4 stars for Now.

First time I’ve tried something like this and I think it’s helping. I’m only taking half the dose as also have the Trip drinks which contain similar ingredients.

Cannot use as pipette doesn’t work
I shook the bottle a lot and still cannot get the pipette to pull anything up, thick gloop when try to poor onto spoon too.
