Twinings Organic Matcha Powder is Ceremonial grade Matcha green tea powder sourced directly from family farms in Kagoshima and Shizuoka in Japan. What does it taste like? This fine ground tea has a vibrant lime green colour. Its dense texture makes this matcha a very attractive tea with a complex flavour note which has fresh, grassy notes with a slightly savoury finish. Drink with a sweet treat or simply add to lattes, smoothies, or your favourite shake.
How do I drink it? Place 1g of Matcha green tea powder in a bowl, add 70ml of boiled water which has been cooled to between 70°C- 80°C and mix in a W motion with a bamboo whisk. It is also delicious
