Great substitute
A great “marmite” version for Celiacs. Marmite has wheat in it so I am unable to eat it. I have used it for years in cooking and on toast etc. Tastes just like marmite.

I get this for my husband as he likes the flavour and that it contains more B12 than standard marmite.Also it is salt free.Great product and far healthier that salt laden varieties.
