Delicious and minimal lumps
I have been using this for a while now and absolutely recommended it for your hit of bed time protein. I have found for best results use cold water and a protein shaker then microwave. You get a nice even consistency and minimal lumps

Delicious option increase my protein intake!
I love hot chocolate and I bought this mix as a healthier alternative to it. It's great as a replacement for a traditional hot chocolate, and it is ideal to add some protein and vitamins to my diet. I recommend consuming it hot in the morning, especially if it's cold... Yumm…
