Steam distilled from the rhizome (the fleshy roots) of the ginger plant, this oil offers a spicy and invigorating aroma that energises and brings warmth to both the mind and the body.

And if you want even more for your senses, ginger blends well with orange, frankincense or sweet almond base oil.

Ways to use

• Add to a diffuser to fill your room with a soothing aroma, creating a warming yet energising environment
• Dilute 4-6 drops for every 20ml of blending oil if you want to add to your bath
