Directions:
Mix one serve (10g) with 100ml of water, juice or your favourite milk, mix well and enjoy! Or mix into smoothies, or stir into porridge or yoghurt. This pack contains 30 servings. Colour change and natural sedimentation may occur once product’s made up - simply stir again and enjoy! Due to lack of additives this product may clump. Simply massage bag to break up content before use. Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Once opened, consume within 45 days.

Hard to know if it really helps but…
Good to add to porridge, yoghurt, pancake mix etc in the morning. Ashwaganda in it which I’m keen to give a go for the potential cognitive benefits. Hard to know if it works but I feel a bit sharper and more able to focus

Makes me question the ingredients and benefits. Not so sure about why there should be soooo much gelatine in this. Makes my drink too thick almost like a mousse. I’d rather have 100% natural ingredients blended than the added sweeteners and gelatine
