Directions:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Take one sachet initially, and up to 4 sachets a day as desired or professionally directed. After the first few weeks and for ongoing use, one sachet will generally be sufficient. Dissolve in water before drinking. For the best results, take every day and drink plenty of water with this supplement.
