I have been giving these Gummies to my 3 year old son for almost 2 months now and what a difference they have made to his sleep. He is no longer waking up through the night. He is sleeping by 730pm latest and sleeping at least 12 hours. Happy Mummy

My 7 year old has these as part of his bedtime routine. No technology 1 hour before bed, bath, gummy and a glass of milk then a story and bed. It still takes him about 30 mins to drop off to sleep but before the gummies it would be 45mins to an hour. He sleeps longer in the …
