3 steps to your perfect shake:

Step 1. Add 500ml of cold water to your shaker

Step 2. Add 2 level scoops (2x 50g) of powder

Step 3. Shake hard for 10 seconds then enjoy

To make it your way try adding ice cubes, or using more or less water to get it to your perfect thickness or try milk instead of water for a creamier end result.
