Dextrose (glucose), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium bicarbonate), potassium chloride, sodium choride, colour (beetroot juice concentrate, maltodextrin), natural blackcurrant flavouring (natural flavouring substances, silicon dioxide, flavouring preparation), maize starch, sweetener (sucralose).

Directions:

To prepare the solution, add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required). Adults and children aged 6 years and over: Drink 200ml (2 tablets) of solution each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained. Children aged 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of solution per kg of body weight each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained. Give the required amount in small sips. Adults sports use: 1-2 tablets per 500ml water, consume during and after ex
