Gives a great boost of energy
I train every morning at 5.30 am and it is a struggle, I’ve never used a pre workout before and this was trial to see if it helped. It did! Maybe because of the early morning training I do this seemed to give me a kick and helps me hit the ground running! Will def used again…

Great PreWork out
This has just enough caffeine to keep me elevated with no odd skin sensations but where it really shines for me is how quickly I can recover and keep pushing through a hard workout
