Magnesium deficient
Having found out that most of us are deficient of course I went to H&B to get the best. I'm glad I did and feel better in my daily life for doing so.

Gives full energy
Really amazing product if you want full of energy during a busy day. One concern is the ratio of magnesium oxide to biglycinate. No other concern. I use to take citrate form now move to this..really help with my regular headache and migraines.

Too many additives
Didn't get much benefit from this product. Too many additives which can have harmful effects, particularly magnesium stearate, dicalsium phosphate and titanium dioxide.
