Directions:
When lighting the Incense Stick focus on the Affirmation, repeating it ten times in you mind. Burn for a minimum of 10 minutes. Simply light the stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release this exotic fragrance.

The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit, should you require. Never leave an incense unattended.
