I've been taking Seven Seas cod liver oil for many years and, at 65 and quite sedentary, I feel it has played a big part in keeping me supple. I will continue to take this product and would recommend it.

just the job!!
It was recommend to me to use cod liver oil to help my joints. i am finding the the capsules easy to swallow, no nasty aftertaste and although i've only been taking them for over a week I have high hopes.
