Crunchy and chewy, this nutty bar with cashews, peanuts, almonds and dried apricots has the added bonus of supporting muscle mass, growth and maintenance, and reducing fatigue.
This supergood bar contains a vitamin B complex. Vitamins B6 and B12, biotin, niacin, riboflavin and thiamin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal psychological function, while magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
