Once something not to be discussed, now a hot topic at brunches and on social media amongst some of our favourite celebrities. The normalisation of the menopause has helped women all over the UK.
And with this, has come new products on the market not to be ignored. Let’s go on this journey together and take a look at how you can stay feeling like yourself.
What is menopause?
Put simply: it’s the stage in life when your periods have stopped for 12 months or more.1
You can also experience signs of menopause for a few years before your periods stop, which is known as perimenopause.
Like anything, your experience of the menopause will probably be different from your friends, so if something doesn’t feel right it’s best to go speak to a GP who’ll be able to help.
