Our green, pennywort and rosemary tea contains 3.7mg of zinc and 1g of lion's mane mushroom per one serving (1 x tea bag and 1 x sachet). How to use?
- Grab your favourite mug and steep the tea bag for 2 to 3 minutes in freshly boiled water
