Just to say ….. these drops have changed my life. I’ve always slept terribly since being an adult. I’m 45 now and finally after trying these a month ago I sleep like a log and feel amazing. I’m So grateful.

Very calming
I heard about this brand from Liz Earle, so after looking into the website and ingredients decided to add it to my menopause support program. I think it’s calming, easy to take ( and remember to take) and part of my night routine. Put it by the bed.

Onto my second month now and sleep pattern shows no improvement although I feel marginally better during the day. I will keep on trying as I bought 3/12 supply so fingers crossed it kicks in.
