Directions:

Take 4 tablets a day for 8 weeks, 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening. Thereafter, reduce to 2 tablets a day. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not substitute a varied diet or healthy lifestyle.
