Great healthy grain
This is a hearty addition to my diet…used it to replace rice and reduce my carb intake. Can be prepared in a variety of ways and is quite filling. An added plus is the nutritional value. I am still exploring ways to add it as a breakfast cereal option. Overall happy so far! …

Healthy breakfast
Tried this product as an alternative to porridge oats. I like it and its very filling served with fruit, nuts and seeds with a drizzle if honey. On its own it has an earthy, grass like taste a bit like green tea or macha.
