Store cool and dry Place 200g of Amaranth and 500ml of water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, cover with lid and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 mins.

Healthy breakfast
Tried this product as an alternative to porridge oats. I like it and its very filling served with fruit, nuts and seeds with a drizzle if honey. On its own it has an earthy, grass like taste a bit like green tea or macha.
