A colourful blend of aduki beans, peas, chickpeas, haricot beans, cannellini beans, and lentils, cooked in the jar for creamier beans. Use these beans in a salad, stir into a broth for a nourishing soup, or use in place of mince in a chilli con carne.

1. Drain away the water from the pack.
2. Rinse 2-3 times under cold water.
3. Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes or in a microwave (800w) for 1 minute.
4. Toss through your favourite salad recipe or serve with a tagine. Please recycle carton.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
