Griffonia Extract (Griffonia simplicifolia, seed) , Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Maltodextrin, Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate).

Happy with these
I don't know if they *actually* work but I was taking these for a while, stopped taking them and felt a bit rubbish. Back on them now...even if it's a placebo effect, I feel better.
