I always buy Holland & Barrett soya flour powder to make my own special bread because I'm gluten free and yeast free too. I use the soya flour with gluten free SR flour and add a bit extra g/f baking powder. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Great for smoothies and baking
I use this lovely flour to make smoothies and bake with. Its gluten free so you have to add wholewheat flour as it has gluten to hold cakes together. Always on my shopping list.
