Delicious Difference
This soft flour is made from ground sorghum, it’s naturally gluten-free and high in fibre, while providing a source of iron and zinc. Sorghum is the seed of a grass, similar in size and flavour to millet, also known as a pseudo-grain. The whole grain of the seed is ground into a flour which has a mild flavour – great for breads, biscuits and cake recipes. Ground Wholegrain Sorghum Flour.
