The oil is made with olives that are harvested at the beginning of the season while they are still young and very green to produce a complex medium to robust oil with notes of fresh green herbs and citrus fruits.
Produced with hand-picked young Megaritiki olives from groves in the Nemea region of Peloponnese in mainland Greece.
